I’m a live artist working with performance, sound & video.
my performances are both visceral & theatrical. I work with image, movement, texture, vibration, speed/slowness - to create layers of meaning. personal-material practices are informed by research and collaboration.
My current research is in somatics, touch & sensation.

Lineage: my work came from drag and queer live art. The cabaret and performance communities in the UK are where my work was shaped.
I have been influenced by philosophies of embodiment, for instance Feminist body-scholarship from live artists in the 1970s and contemporary Black trauma-informed somatics. Artists & theorists who erode the boundaries between ‘human’ & ‘nature’ have been important to me, and I continue to seek community where I can question my own relation to land and plant life in particular. I have a criticality around Capitalist dis/embodiment and neuro-normativity, informed by Disability Justice.
I’m a resident of Pervasive Media Studio & an Associate of Interval Artist Collective, Bristol.
